STUDENT AND PARENT TESTIMONIES
"Chloe always displays such a warm and compassionate personality during lessons that instantly makes me feel comfortable. I came in with very little vocal experience, and Chloe was willing to work with me at the level I was at, and helped me improve so much in such a short amount of time!
Chloe always challenges my preconceived notions of vocal singing and isn't ever afraid to have me try new techniques to further improve my abilities.
I have had such a great experience working with Chloe, and I would wholeheartedly recommend taking lessons with her! She's awesome!"
~Donald (4th-year University of Redlands Music student)

"I have been taking voice lessons/coaching with Chloe for about 5 months now. Chloe is always on time and communicates well. She is very positive and not judgmental at all. I feel comfortable singing in front of her and she makes me feel at ease.
I feel that my skills have improved since working with her and I feel more confident about my singing. I plan to continue to work with her on an ongoing basis."
~Sofia (Glendora High School Show Choir)

My daughter's confidence and skills have improved greatly since Chloe has been working with her. They have a great working relationship, Chloe is very gentle, positive and enthusiastic when she teaches. She is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone."

"Teaching voice to so many different levels of experience has been incredibly fulfilling and helped with my own personal training. In my studio, I want my students to feel safe, ready, open, and inspired with the material they bring in to work on with me. Singing is a physical, mental, and emotional art and with these together, I believe that the concepts of vocal health and musicality make performing more cohesive as they are beneficial for your overall learning and growth in artistry. Regardless of what genre a student is working on or how much singing experience they have, my goal as an instructor is to help my students feel confident with their progress and that learning music is fun."

In my voice studio, I start the beginning of each lesson asking how my student's practicing went and what were some of the things that worked or did not work. With practicing on your own, I always encourage my students to be kind to yourself because focusing on the things we do not like does not help with growth. From there, together we navigate how to best utilize the remaining lesson. I ask my students to come warmed up but I will do additional scale warm up exercises to work on technique as these are the fundamentals for singing any music genre correctly. Additionally, we will cover:
-
Healthy Vocal and Breathing Techniques for Young Singers
-
Understanding the difference between Choral and Solo Voice
-
Audition Preparation (Classical, Musical Theater, Pop, Jazz)
-
Repertoire Coaching for Upcoming Performances
-
Musicality
